How is my data stored and who has access?

To ensure the highest level of data protection, we use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for all our data storage needs. Google upholds rigorous security protocols to maintain the privacy and integrity of your data. Google's data management practices are aligned with South Africa's (POPI Act). Our AI systems are designed with privacy in mind. We do not use your data to train our algorithms. No one has access to your data unless required to by law.

How long does it take to score a call?

It takes around 20% of the call recordings time e.g. a 1 hour call recording will take around 12 minutes to process.

Do you offer a free trial? & what are the terms?
